Team Quadrangle Group has eleven Managing and Operating Principals and twenty-six additional investment professionals, who are divided among three investing activities: private equity and public equity in media and communications companies, and asset management.

Private Equity - Quadrangle Capital Partners
The private equity group includes eight Managing and Operating Principals with substantial experience investing in media and communications companies. Over the course of their careers, Steven Rattner, Peter Ezersky, Gordon Holmes, Michael Huber, Jeffrey Nordhaus, Daniel Rosensweig, Edward Sippel and Joshua Steiner have developed an extensive network of relationships within the media and communications industries. Their experience and relationships provide considerable value to the private equity portfolio companies.

Public Equity - Quadrangle Equity Investors
The public equity group includes one Managing Principal, Robert M. Donahue, Jr., and three additional investment professionals. The team joined Quadrangle in March 2006 from Harpoon Equity Management, LLC, a media and communications focused long/short equity firm. Prior to the formation of Harpoon, Mr. Donahue was a Managing Director with Citigroup where he managed the asset management group's media and communications investing.

Asset Management - Quadrangle Asset Management
The asset management group includes Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer, Alice Ruth. QAM focuses on creating a broadly diversified portfolio of marketable and alternative assets and seeks to generate superior long-term risk adjusted returns. Assets are invested across a broad range of investment categories that may include global public equity and fixed income along with alternative strategies such as private equity, hedge funds and real assets.

Core Team
The Core Team is led by Managing Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Doug Kramer and includes more than thirty professionals responsible for the Administration, Business Development, Client Service, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing and Technology functions.
