Team > Investment Team > Doug Kramer Doug Kramer joined Quadrangle Group LLC in 2008 as a Managing Principal and Chief Operating Officer focused on all of the firm’s non-investment operations as well as its strategic development. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Kramer was a Partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was head of the Global Manager Strategies Group, overseeing the identification, evaluation, selection and monitoring of managers in the program across all traditional asset classes. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1999, Mr. Kramer was a director of Columbia Energy Services where he managed portfolios and power and weather derivatives. Prior to Columbia he was a portfolio manager at Fischer Francis Trees and Watts. He received an M.B.A., with Beta Gamma Sigma honor, from Columbia University and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
