Steven Davidson joined Quadrangle Group in 2008 and is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Quadrangle Group. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Davidson was a Managing Director at Mourant Limited (“Mourant”), responsible for opening the firm’s first U.S. office and managing all aspects of the U.S. business including client acquisition, staff recruitment, service delivery, internal management and client relationship management. Prior to Mourant, he was a Vice President at BISYS Private Equity Services and a Vice President with JP Morgan Private Bank. Mr. Davidson started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked as an Audit Manager in its New York and Tokyo offices. He received a B.S. in economics with an accounting concentration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
