Karen Graham joined Quadrangle Group in 2007 and is the Vice President of Operations and Human Resources. She is responsible for all human resources administration and operational/facilities management for Quadrangle’s offices worldwide. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Ms. Graham was responsible for the facilities management and human resources administration at Silver Point Capital, LP. Prior to Silver Point, Ms. Graham was Operations Manager for an international consulting firm where she was responsible for the day-to-day business operations of its U.S. office.
