David Tang joined Quadrangle Group LLC in 2006 and serves as the firm’s Associate Counsel. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Tang spent over four years as an Associate with the law firm of Seward & Kissel LLP where he specialized in the representation of hedge funds and investment advisers. Mr. Tang received his J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, in economics and history from Binghamton University.
